This technique was created by Aoi Uchiha, and even though it is a C rank technique, it is very effective. By weaving the Seal of Confrontation hand sign, Aoi can gather up water from, water vapor, water from underground, mist, and from plants. The water that is gathered can then be used to make a Water Release technique from, as long as you have the right amount of water, also it takes up less chakra to do this. He can gather water from ponds and other bodies of water, but it takes longer and more chakra to do that.
