Overview[]
This technique allows the user to focus chakra into their palm. They need to then make physical contact with the victim and will then place the seal onto their body. For the next 15 Minuets, if the victim uses a technique, it will be copied and stored onto the seal for extraction.
The user than needs to make physical contact again to take the information. The user doesn't need to touch the seal to get the information. It will then be coded into their mind and can use it instantly after the information was taken. Though, the seal can only copy up to the first five techniques the user used, no more than that. The seal can also only be used three times a day or it will be rendered useless.
