Hebi created this technique with the use of his Snake DNA. On command, Hebi can extend and retract his nails about one inch out. As his nails are out, Hebi can flow a snake poison through them into his opponents. The nails can easily cut into flesh with ease and no struggle whatsoever.
When the nails are to cut into flesh, poison is released into the opponent blood flow. The poisons can't instantly kill but amplify the damage done from Hebi's nails. The poison will quickly hinder the opponents senses and slowly kill if the poison is not extracted by Hebi or healed by a Medical-nin.
