This technique was created by Aoi Uchiha, using Genjutsu from the Sharingan. When making eye contact with a target, Aoi uses his sharingan to place them under a genjutsu. But this isn't an ordinary genjutsu, this genjutsu causes disruption in the chakra flow centered around the brain, when he does this, Aoi can read someones mind. He can go from when they were able to see, to that moment in time that they are in now. When he wants, he can pick a moment in someones life, though only about 5 minutes, and witness it for himself. Not only that, but whatever the person was feeling at that exact moment, Aoi can feel it himself as well, it as if it was a link between the two minds. Aoi's body reacts to this link as if it was really happening to him, for example; if someone felt very sad, Aoi would to and he would cry maybe. Pain, whether its pain from loosing someone or physical pain, Aoi can feel it with this technique.
This is one of his stronger Sharingan techniques, which means he has to recharge this technique, it takes a day for this technique to recharge, and uses a lot of chakra from Aoi. So far, he can only maintain 2 a day, so he tries to reserve using this technique, unless he needs it.
