Based off the Kamui technique of the Sharingan and sealing technique of the Sage for the tailed beasts, this technique allows the Rinnegan bearer to seal someone or something within the person's Rinnegan. In order to do this, the user creates a pocket dimension within the pupil of a Rinnegan eye, either the right or left if they have two. Then, the user focuses their chakra on the intended victim and imagines them being sucked in. The victim will be sucked in similarly to Kamui but faster and with more force as well as without the distortion in the space near the victim. The pocket dimension looks like a marble surrounded by the ripple pattern of the Rinnegan to the one sealed. Naturally, the strength of the seal has to do with the one's strength with the occular jutsu combined with their skill in this technique. Unfortunately, the price for using this technique is a drastic decline in strength for that eye, causing blurry vision sometimes and even sudden eye pain of variating porportions. This is due to the strain of having something sealed within it. Sadly, there is no known unsealing technique.
