Raijin is a ninjutsu technique used by Sarada Uchiha with her Mangekyo Sharingan. It's activated with her right eye. It allows her to fire out a large amount of lighting, red in color, which has destructive and cutting power greater than any known non Sharingan lightning release Jutsu, and has power that's on par with Sasuke Uchiha's Blaze Release: Kagetsuchi, and Sasuke claims his belief that it will one day become stronger than Kagetsuchi. Unlike Kagetsuchi, and much like Itachi's Amateratsu, Sarada can't control the lightning; instead, she simply shoots it out and tries to aim properly so that she can hit her target.
