This technique was created by Aoi Uchiha through the concept of the actual Shadow Clone Technique. There are a few things different about this technique, one is that it uses Yin Release to make a shadow of Aoi that looks like the silhouette of him. Another different thing about this technique is that when you hit the Shadow, the area you hit it in disperses, but the shadow doesn't go away. Instead that area that was hit is rebuilt, that happens to all parts of its body. If even a little inch of its body is left over, it can rebuilt its self, in order to take the shadow clone out is to completely obliterate it. The shadow can also phase through things, but only this without chakra lingering in it, when in hand to hand combat, the shadow physically hits the target because it has chakra in it. This technique also opens up to a few child techniques that involve making a shadow.
Some of the same effects of this technique is that similar to the shadow clone technique, the shadow can do the same techniques as Aoi and also if it wants activate its sharingan. Aoi can call it back and gather the info from the shadow similar to the original shadow clone technique.
