Ice Release: Great Roaring Coldly Shinning Moon is a powerful Ice Release technique used by Misaki Senomiya, and is one of her strongest Ice Release techniques.
Usage[]
Despite not being in the title, this is actually an expansion to Misaki Senomiya's Ice Release: Ice Dragon Bullet Technique and Ice Release: Ice Dragon Bomb Technique. Instead of being forced to basically shoot her ice dragon at her target, she can instead keep it in place and maneuver it around to attack and return to her for a seemingly endless amount of time, which requires much less Chakra to do than to have to constantly recreate the dragon again and again if she wants to use it again. Instead of possessing a tail, the end of the dragon will be attached to the end of Misaki Senomiya's Ice Sword, which she also has to summon first in order to use this technique.
