Heavy Strike Blue Lightning Technique, also sometimes called Red Lightning Technique, is a Lightning Release technique, and an expansion the technique Blue Lightning Technique, created by Toshiyuki Sawada.
Usage[]
Unlike the Blue Lightning Technique's other expansion, Lightning Bolt Technique, which focuses on increasing not only the size and speed, but also the sheer power of the technique, this one, Heavy Strike Blue Lightning Technique, created by Toshiyuki Sawada, focuses on increasing the speed and precision power, subsequently decreasing the size of it. The purpose of this technique is to strike tiny targets that can't be struck with any other techniques.
