This technique was created by Kenzo Hyuga and comes from Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms. Kenzo, infuses his hands with the Chakra Scalpel, and the Gentle Fist pinpoint accuracy and combines the two when doing this technique. In the first consecutive strikes, the opponents chakra points are cut off and his muscle and tissue are cut. The same thing happens to the next 4 consecutive strikes. Then once Kenzo reaches the 32 point mark, he adds strength to the equation. With the opponent already in a lot of pain and at this point immobile just about, the strength puts the icing on the cake. Kenzo strikes with enough power to crush a bll size rock. But the opponent doesn't get thrown from the force applied because the strikes are just with his fingers. But on the last strike (which is with his palm) He adds all of his strength into that one area, that would crush anything there and most likely kill the opponent.
