Chakra String Dispensers are useful inventions created by Subaru Hidaka. He has one on all ten of his fingers. They store his Chakra Strings for easy access. Due to the tiny size of his Chakra Strings, he's able to store an unreal amount inside of them. He uses them not only for his puppetry, but also for his standard Chakra String techniques, too. He's only known to have ever invented the ten that he uses, and he's the only one who knows how to actually create them.
