For the last two years, we have been talking about this being a single story wiki however, it has never had a solid canon storyline and our attempts have utterly failed. But now, we will have a storyline that won't fail and will rival and perhaps surpass the actual canon and that of Naruto Fanon. Of course, I can't go into too much details on the plot though I will leave some information here and there for you to find and have fun with. But this storyline will require a lot of time to set up due to the amount of details required and rules have to be changed to fit as well. Many past role plays unfortunately will also be deemed non-canon as they won't fit within the storyline but I'll try to fit in as much of what is already here as possible. Naturally, there will be adaptations here and there because that is the nature of a story where everyone doesn't know the plot but ultimately, it builds on the manga and anime. So you better get ready because it will be here before you know it!

An update for how this is going.
Name: Sage of the Six Paths
user type: Founder
Number of users: 1
Description: The one and only person who founded the wiki and was it's original user and staff member. He is the equivilent of an emperor and our liason to the Wikia staff. It is his responsibility to get the Wikia staff to do what is needed that we ourselves cannot such as remove corrupt bureacrats and fix technical issues that negatively effect our ability to remain active. He is also the one that appoints the Damyio and directly governs over them however, he has no direct authority over the lower tiers except when the Damyio themselves are not present. His final duty as the founder is to choose his replacement should he ever desire to retire and be just a normal user or leave the wiki altogether.

Description: Named after the fuedal era, these users are the second highest level of staff to exist as the hands of the Sage of the Six Paths. They are mainly responsible for the highes level of things such as policies and keeping the staff in line who were appointed by the Sage of the Six Paths himself.

Number of users: 5
Description: The highest level of admins that are named after the five Kage titles of the Naruto world each of which have their own unique set of responsibilities and their own set of staff that works beneath them. They were each appointed by one of the Damyio.
Name: Jonin Commander
User type: Rollback/Moderator
Number of users: 2
Description: A mid level administrator that reports directrly to the Kage that appointed them and are that Kage's right hand e.g second in command and have all the abilities of moderators and rollbacks as well as a few other priviledges.
Name: Chunin
User type: Rollbacks/Moderators
Number: 10
Description: Low level administrators that usually have one or two jobs and are always only a rollback or moderator, never both. They are usually inexperienced with the wiki or demoted as punishment from a higher rank.

Description: None staff users of the wiki who make up the bulk of the active users. It is from them that staff members are chosen and it is their responsibility to keep the wiki as active as possible and to report abuse of power by staff members. They have a large say in how the wiki is run.

As you may or may not know, for some time, the internet has not been well, as good as it once was. By this I mean that in order for a company like a gaming corporation with an MMORPG to have the best internet possible, they have to bid for it, the highest bidder getting the best service while everyone got equal service before. This has caused me to end playing my favorite game, Rift Planes Of Telara..........however, it seems to be going even farther. Some cable companies want to charge websites extra for delivering their content and any website that refuses to apparently will be slowed down. More details at Battle for the Net: Internet Slowdown. I for one do not believe it should be allowed and I am asking everyone to vote here on it. If a majority agrees that it is a bad thing and we want to fight it, then we will put our voice out there if not, we will do nothing.

So that I don't have to keep going to everyone's wall and telling you that it's your turn and others missing that someone took their turn, I've created this thread for us to archive whose turn it is and who has gone. Also, when we are not all on chat, we can use this to discuss the RP.
More than just a democrat system, new rules for overall roleplaying will also be put into effect. Examples:
1: In order to make a member of the ANBU Blackops directly under the control of a kage, users must first apply as only the best are under their direct control.
2: No user may make a hidden shinobi village for a canon country with one without applying for it in order to keep the balance between the countries.
3: Only the members of the staff with the rank of Kage may create one of the Kage who rules a great hidden village however, the exception is a fanon village which has achieved the great shinobi villages.
4: Only members of the Staff with the rank of Damyio may create a Damyio character however, the only exception is fanon countries and the lucky users who have been given control over a country or just the priviledge of creating and controlling a country's damyio.
5: In order to create a new country apart of the shinobi world, users must apply for it.
Here is a small glimse of the system to come!
Guardian Twelve - Based off of the Twelve Guardian Ninja of the series, this group of twelve bureacrats are responsible for ensuring the removal of corrupt staff members.
Damyio - Having been a member of the staff for a long time, these users have gained the respect of all the active users and have been voted into office as a bureacrat of the Naruto Fanon-Central Wiki council.
Kage - Well trusted members of the staff, they are the equivilent of super admins who each are entrusted with one department of administration such a chat, forums and so forth.
Jonin Commander - Those of this rank are chosen by the Kage they serve, acting as a member of the Kage's personal council of advisors.
Jonin - The name for admins, they serve under the Kage in one of the several administration departments, doing whatever tasks are assigned to them.
Chunin - Chunin usually have one of two jobs, Rollback or Super Moderator, both equally important but for different administration departments. The job of the rollback is to monitor activity on wiki articles and pages, reverting graffiti edits so they don't ruin what was written. On the flip side, Super Moderators are experienced moderators who act as supervisors of the Genin.
Genin - Although the lowest staff rank on the wiki, their job is no less important than any other staff rank as they make up the bulk of the staff force, acting as forum and chat moderators.
Civilian - While not a staff rank at all, it is probably the most important rank on the wiki as it is those with this rank who determine who is appointed as staff members and who can attain certain ranks.
As many of you old time users know, our system has changed very little since the beginning of the wiki's founding however, the system we have employed is too hierarchy which causes many of our issues among other things which is why I am announcing that coming soon (hopefully), I'll be introducing a new and more democrate system to our little wiki so that everyone can feel important here.
Most likely, the stone allows them to control their chakra because they were never trained to use it so there would be no other way for them to use it.
